The Pre-History of the Peppermill Wendover
Although the Peppermill Wendover only took on its present name in the mid-Eighties, it was actually around for several years prior to its acquisition by Peppermill Casinos Inc. From 1976 to 1980, the Peppermill Wendover was known as the Hideaway Casino and then became the Gold Rush Casino between 1981 and 1984, before it was purchased and remodelled by its present owners.
