This photograph has been sent me by Dr Andy Green, who believes that the teacher in the photo is his Great Grandmother Kathrine Muxworthy (nee Russell) who lived at Kentisbury, and taught at Shirwell School during the early 1900’s (more than likely somewhere between 1900-1930). He thinks that the pupils in the photo might be Shirwell Village School pupils from around this time. Do you recognise anyone in this photo? If so let me know and I'll pass your message on to Andy.
